Edge panels

I am wondering there's one app by the name voice changer found on edge panels. On my Samsung s23 ultra I am unable to use it please help out how to use this.

No.... After fetching it from the side panels it came out. But how to use it. Is it use during call ?

it's not work in call because it's dangerous for privacy .you use it in voice recorder, gaming etc

I used it before.. but not found it usefull
