Dual whatsapp is not working in Samsung m51

Can I know what is the reason for it is

1.notification problem
2. not receiving message
3. not open properly

It's not showing when Iam opening it, it was closed and once I uninstalled and I am trying to get its not showing on the settings or apps what's is the reason can I know

Settings>apps>show system apps>dual messenger>clear cache or data

When the mobile updated it was not showing the dual apps not only in m51 it was the same problem in Samsung s10 lite also
