Dual whatsapp images & gallery issue

Hi, after the recent update there has been many glitches in my dual whatsapp

Firstly, the images & videos received on the dual whatsapp does not show up in my gallery or anywhere in MyFiles.

Secondly, any image received on dual whatsapp i am unable to forward it anywhere further it says could not load image.

This is not an isolated issue i have checked with 3 people in my family and everyone is facing the same issue since the past update.

Please help rectify at the earliest as it has become very inconvinient. Thanks.

Many users has complain of whatsapp in dual app.

I have found solution for this

Please create following folder manually after installation of dual app

internal storage/DualApp/whatsapp

Working on note 20

Hi thanks for your reply.

Just tried this, created the folder but still no images or videos or anything in that folder after trying to send and receive few also.

Hopeful for any solution..
