Default View Mode Option in Samsung Notes

Description:

Currently, Samsung Notes opens all notes in edit mode, increasing chances of accidental changes. This can be inconvenient for users who primarily want to read notes.

The note always opens in edit mode, sometimes leading to unintentional edits.

Suggested solution:

Add a toggle in settings to open notes in View Only mode by default

Users can manually switch to edit mode when needed

Keeps editing fast for some, while reducing errors for others
