Cannot use Samsung Health app

It is showing like this, when i open Samsung Health app, i cannot use it. Plz suggest a solution.

Looks like you tried rooting your device and turns out to be the Knox has been fused.
These Apps like Health and Pass requires Knox Security to run.

The only possible way to re-root the phone to original software.

Or visit Service Center, if above predictions isn't valid.

Also do check via an app Knox Status see if it is 0x0.
If its 0×1 then you aren't on official software version.

you have rooted your device. since the knox (e-fuse) is tripped, no other choice but to visit service center and get your device's motherboard replaced.

But i did not root my phone, when i bought it, it was already like this.

If you are able to install official then no need to go out in pandemic.

I request you to kindly check your device in safe mode.
Steps to enter into Safe Mode: 1. Power off the device. 2. Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device. 3. When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.
