@Elayamg3 Its true. It happens to me quite a few times. But after the software update released by Samsung for the S7. It was resolved. Not sure if the edge version did get the update or not. But so far S7 is concerned. Software update was the solution. Apart from that check whether any app is running for a long time. If so uninstall that app and reinstall. If the heat is so much, dont use the phone and make it more worse! Keep it near a fan or in air conditioned room. Hope it helps. Please thumbs up!
