I'm getting so stressed out from this message. I exceeded my goal by a few calories 5 times last week and now everyday it keeps reminding me that I'm not doing well. This message is so toxic I'm skipping meals and working out instead of finishing up my work and it still shows up at the start of every morning!!! I 😭😭😭💔💔💔
