I face wifi and hotspot problem in samsung galaxy s9 plus how to restore.?
that is software problem or hardware problem how to know that?

hotspot has time based auto deactivation , set no time based auto deactivation ( never timeout )
in wifi cross check restricted network section

Hi there,

 

In order to resolve the issue please perform the below steps:

WiFi Issue:

1- Reconnect the Wi-Fi.
2- Reset network settings (Scroll down notification panel > Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings).
3- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.
4- Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members app (Samsung Member > Get Help > Interactive checks > Wi-Fi).

Hotspot Issue:

-Reset the device settings by navigating to Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Settings.

-Reset network settings (Scroll down notification panel >Settings >General Management >Reset >Reset network settings)

-Set no time based auto deactivation ( never timeout ) and in WiFi cross check restricted network section

For further assistance, register your concern in the Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).

I try all of that but still wifi & hotspot are not working
