I recently changed my ISP for my home wifi and only on this particular ISP I'm having issues

The issue is I'm facing a slow connection despite having a speed of 350 mbps, I did the speed test on my s10+ and it had a result of 348mbps download 35 upload ... despite the speed test on my s10+ being 348mbps websites fail to load , WhatsApp is unable to send messages and Instagram can't refresh, the second I turn on data or connect to a mobile hotspot the issue is gone and everything works fine.

All other devices including my Mac , s8+ and fire stick works fine with the new ISP with no issues at all.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this issue or if it's a bug in the new software update ?

hi the issue doesn't seem to be from the ISP, but rather just my s10+ , when I run a dial up my internet it works perfectly fine ..
I tried resetting my s10+ and updating to the latest firmware yet the issue persists
