my phone keeps dropping in and out while am trying to use my wifi and it also looses signal strength for my cell network periodically. what can be done about that.
Im sure they have tried that. i had the same problem with my first one s7edge Tmobile. I got the internation sm935fd andhavent hsd isdue since but thebest fix i hsd was turn smart switch off (wi fi setttings) than in locations settings turn off allow wifi scanning and blutooth scanning. i also turned agressive switch on in developer options if unure how todo that go to about phone in settings find buid number and tap it 7 times. It didnt solve the problem nut made it less frequent and didnt dtop connection when i lost wifi. i think the problem is in the router or was for me anyway. i had a new netgear but i noticed at times when my wifi dropped it wasnt just on my phone. Something with the internet protocal but thats just a guess. i reseached and messed around for along time trying to solve the issue its part of yhe reason i got a differnt phone.
