my s8+ Wi-Fi calling option gets switched of automatically unable to do video call any resolution guys

WiFi calling is not supported in India yet

None of Indian native opertaors support Wi-Fi calling option yet buddy.So it's normal it switches Off even if you try to switch it ON. Video calls in India is carried out using LTE network only. But if your using any third party apps like WhatsApp or Skype you can use both Wi-Fi as well as LTE to make calls ( Audio & Video calls). Because it has nothing to do with the opertaors.
