April security patch not release on s9 plus ..... outhers country release update on 15 / 25 this date ...... India not release why .....??

because Samsung India think that Indian customers are foolish

It's most probably because of Lockdown. No other sensible reason can be there for putting so many update on hold. Other countries were getting it because unlike India they weren't on complete lockdown then.
