why Samsung india don't update s9 + monthly as their policy

Samsung India doesn't update s9 plus till march 25th when all other countries gave update twice. 

so when will s9 plus get its regular updates?

No hope left samsung will not give any updates even in future to indian clients so my friend its better to change the device or continue with this disgusting company.
