where to register for galaxy buds offer i got with my Galaxy S10 preorder?

I preordered Galaxy S10 Exynos on Flipkart which had an offer of availing galaxy buds or galaxy watch at discounted price.I recieved my phone yesterday and till now i am unable to register for the offer and no benefits are available in members app.It would nice if someone can guide me for my issue.Thanks a lot in advance.

Don't know. It just worked after 3 days.
Of course with standard procedure. Put the same sim card with number which was used for pre-order. Logged in to Samsung Shop app.
For 3 days it was showing that you are not eligible. And after 3 days it said congratulations!!!
