most probably by December end Galaxy S20 series will start recieving the Android 11 update with One Ui 3.0 .
currently beta phase is going on.

It should rollout in india in upcoming days as its already out in UK, US and Korea. Oneui 3 beta program for s20 is over.
I strongly disagree with the solution of @Jassimsheik28 it not coming on December 20 lol, you dint understand whats written in the roadmap. December 20 means 2020. Thats not the date. Its quite dumb is accepting his solution as it doesn't make any sense :). Have some patience it will be rolling out soon for us
