I order precooking offer buds .... Unfortunately cancelled....inwant re order but ....AFTER RE INSTALLATION OF SAMSUNG SHOP APP, O.T.P IS NOT COMING FOR PREBOOKING OFFER NUMBER. 
OTP IS COMING FOR DEVICE REGISTRATION NUMBER. 
TWO NUMBERS ARE MINE ONLY....PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM IAM WAITING FOR ORDER PREBOOKING OFFER EAR BUDS....TQ

put your sim from which you have ordered in aim slot 1 and delete samsung shop app and kindly wait for 24 hours and then reinstall the app and your number is now changed

I faced this same problem. you call to Samsung shop care and they will guide you with this.They will probably provide you with the coupon code by which you can redeem your galaxy bud+ offer.

download the Samsung shop app on your phone and register your device then you will the option to avail the buds plus offer
