Dear Samsung

after update in Oreo crab software my phone in call spekaer not working properly I have to use every time speaker to make call or answering call I also test hardware where in call spekaer work not properly but media speaker working perfectly is this any software problem or hardware issue .

please give proper solution I ask this question 2nd time but not proper answer from Samsung pls solve my problem.

Take it to a service centre if your speaker is not working.
