samsung budget phones do get updates. Untill more than two years have passed, samsung provides updates. with new updates new features are introduced and thus a lot of work.thus slow speed.
well coz Samsung has a lot of phones...'m' 'j' 'a' 's' n 'note' series...! n multiple phones in each series...plus Samsung runs a custom skin which is kinda heavy with a lot of additional features on top of android version...soo to make custom skin for evry android update for every phone of every series is a lot of work n hence the delay!
also Nokia 6 comes under android one program...which basically means stock android...soo no need to make any major changes...and hence the speedy updates!
