its beta version and not available officially in Pakistan yet u can follow guide and sideload it if u want

When officially available Beta then u can also update like other countries.. This is beta test version which have bugs and other issues. Samsung just test this beta so that they remove bugs and make stable version.when stable version launch it will be available all over the world including Pakistan

Hamza Android 10 come with One UI 2.0. Android 10 under testing like Few Countries have beta services. must b you getting in 2020.
if you have S10 & N10 maybe in December enjoying Android 10.
