update problem in google apps

After updating to android 7.I cant download/update the apps from the google play store , when ever i click update it just go on rolling why?

why would you try to download so many apps at the same time. internet is bound to go slow if u r trying to download on Jio.

before updating to nougat 7.0 i can download /update many apps at a time ,but after updating to nougat the apps just rolling

Yup its the roaming network. Dang Samsung!

Its there even in pixel devices. . apparantly Samsung can't do anything. Google has to push an update of play services with the changes.
