My S10+ do not get any system update. It always shows Up to date. I did not get Android 10 till now. Need help.

go to smart switch on pc download the update by connecting phone or factory reset the phone if it fixes the bug also we received two updates one was one ui 2.1 and the next one was 2.5 u will be directly upgraded to 2.5 but it will cost 6 gb of data

tried with smart switch on PC. it's also shows up to date.

check out with smart switch application on computer and see whether it's showing any updates for your device if didn't show anything then vist Samsung service centre they help you to update your device to the newer android version or security patches

then visiting Samsung service centre is best option to upgrade the latest android versions. they can help you to upgrade your device

also be-careful as of covid and one more thing inspect the phone carefully before and after taking it to service center to make sure they do not damage it some way
