for unrooting I had flashed my phone several times but it didn't helped. now I want to know that could samsung service centre solve my problem, last time Samsung customer care told me that it needs binary update but unfortunately they didnt send me the update.
I am very anxious as Samsung apps are not able to work showing unauthorized acess.
please help

I didn't rooted myself, I bought it from my brothers he also clams that he didn't rooted the device. but while opening the apps it shows app couldn't work on rooted device

u have to flash full firmware with odin.. downloading from sam mobile.. remember this process is dangerous can brick phone if u r not expert dont try it.. go to service centre and spend some money..

well if u r saying apps like samsung health and pay to work.. they dont work.. as knox keeps every record of your change.. as security log so u cant use samsung pay,health, secure folder.. even i cant use

@wani, you were cheated! he sold cuz he cant use any samsung services after rooting!
return the device, rooted s8 is nothing more than a China phone, typically, samsung experience

@wani, flashing cant fix the issue anymore!
I believe secure folder, samsung pay, samsung health are key flagship features and guess what even private mode in internet browser by samsung doesn't works.
just return it and buy s9 with your savings! s9 is a gen ahead
