Same issue but kafi had tak theek hogia hai, please follow these steps,
1- wipe cache out ( phone ko off ker k startup me menu ayega jb power button and volume up button press rkhegy ) waha se wipe cache, and app optimisation krlea
2-touch sensitivity on
3-in case issue resolve ni hta to factory reset, by switching off your mobile and osi trha jstrha wipe cache kia tha waha se factory reset (backups le lena on samsung cloud)
Phone on ker k factory reset ka faida nai
