unable to update samsung galaxy apps

i am unable to update galaxy apps everytime i try to update it's showing this error

try going to settings and force stop galaxy apps, if it didn't work try clearing the data of galaxy apps

Did u try to factory rest your phone ?

Hi, please follow this steps:

1) Settings - Applications - GalaxyApps - Storage - Clear data
2) Network change to Wi-fi or Mobile data
3) Try again.
