unable to play Prime videoa

Guys I'm unable to play Amazon Prime videos on my new S10 lite. Other streaming apps work perfectly fine. Would really appreciate a solution.

after 2.5 amazon not working even after October patch not resolved

  please go in to prime video app and then select my stuff and then select settings and then select stream and download and please turn off the hard ware acceleration and please try to stream the prime video.
