I have S7 edge duos. I'm also facing the same challenge. I cannot add additional sd card with dual sim.

it is hybrid type.. as of now s7 edge dual sim will work only without the memory card on it

you cannot use 2sim with sdcard one at a time. you need to choose weather to use two sim or one sim and a sdcard
