How do you turn off flashing ads on the phone?

maybe you downloaded some application because of that its giving you flash adds just check your applications bro.

That could be caused by some 3rd party application you installed. 

Try to open your Google Playstore ->Tap options ->Tap My Apps and Games -> Go to Installed and check the apps you recently install and try to uninstall them and check if the ads were already not appearing.
