So my touchscreen suddenly stoped working. I am currently typing this message with a mouse connected to my phone. I have no clue as to what is going on and I've tried everything. From simple rebooting to going for a full factory reset. Removing sim card, deleting apps, you name it. The screen simply stops working every now and then (more often than not). I don't know if it has to do with the update since it stopped working correctly after the 7.0 update hit. If anyone has experienced this before or has any clue, I'd appreciate the help. And no, the phone hasn't been taking any hits against the ground. It's about two months old and as good as new. thanks in advance
