I am getting pop up message saying "task performed failed -2019"

I am keep on getting this pop up when I use mobile 

Can some on help me ?

I think This Error Occurs When There is no Stable Internet Connection.

no...I am using 100 MBPS speed ACT broadband...this is not internet issue

I am getting this pop up when I open Samsung apps and third party app

then you have to try factory data reset once by backing up your all files

Try to uninstall some of your recently installed apps. I've tried and it works.
