plzzzz add app lock in the next update 

and when receiving calls i have no option to minimize call and do other things in background

You can minimize calls and do other things. Open recents and then switch. If you want to permanently turn on call on pop up, do this:
Open phone app> tap the 3 dots> settings > call display while using apps> enable keep calls in pop-up.
