There is something that is shaking or wobble near the camera of my s20 ultra when u try to shake the phone..     

Is it the same for all???

Many more issues. Going to return the device once service centers are back to normal.

That is ois ... optical image stabilization in camera..

it helps to take blur free photos and videos even when your hands are shaking...

no problem that's a good feature while taking pics
