Hi phone-mates!
I just want to ask for your help with my Galaxy S9 memory issue.
I bought this phone when it was announced, so it's been years Smiling_Face
So the problem is that my memory is full, but I cannot clean it (picture below is from "Samsung Files"):

But If I go to "Device Care", I'll see that 20 GB are used with my pictures:

But the point is that my gallery is empty.
So I don't really know what should I delete to increase free space. Seems like I deleted everything, but my memory is still full.
Could you please kindly advise, what should I do?

Thanks a lot!

Thank you for the reply! Already did it, it doesn't work well. Yes, I've got a memory card, but I don't wanna use it, it is just interesting for me to figure it out what's going on

Hello,

Please check the recycle bin on your phone and check once more. If you cannot find it, please contact our call center on 800 7267864 to check the phone via Remote Management.

Thank you
