Why am i not getting an update for pie or android 10 on my galaxy s9 its still runs on android 8. Why is this happening

its your luck that you r running on old firmware because samsung is not any great by providing updates coz they are full of bugs

Check your phone with Smart Switch on PC or Laptop

Bro connect your phone with laptop or PC and check for updates with Samsung Smart Switch. With Samsung update you may get the latest update.
Note: Don't update your phone to the current version, since it's too buggy version. Wait for one UI 2.1 and then install the update once you've got....
