My phone is last updated on 11 november 2019 (android 9) and its still showing your phone is updated not showing latest update android 10 help.

yes my phone is rooted so now how i can install new android update is it possible to update on rooted phone ?

yes possible but for that u need to download ROM in ur laptop PC and go through ODIN but my advise if u don't know how to do then don't do that by ur self.
