don't need to go anywhere just flash official os from odin and then try to upgrade

There are plenty of questions I want to ask all U guys who have this issue...
1) Did u update via OTA or manually flashed the FIRMWARE?
2) Was Ur device ROOTED before UPGRADE?
3) Did U perform FACTORY RESET after UPGRADE?
4) Did U Switch ON "Developer Option" in Settings?
