After updating the software in s8, and it's charging very slow.. Need to check this bug out... Please do it soon, or send the one ui software update and android pie. Just waiting for the latest update android version.

We are sorry to hear that you are facing charging issue in the device. Let me recommend some steps to further isolate and determine what you are experiencing. Please be aware that device speeds may vary based on multiple outside factors. We would like to suggest you kindly follow the below mention steps to overcome the Issue:-
1) We recommend you to charge your handset with original wall charger that came with your handset sales pack.
2) Kindly clean the charging point of your charger with a dry and soft cotton cloth to remove unwanted accumulation of dust/waste material.
3) You can also check the charging process while device is in switched off mode.
4) We also suggest you to charge your handset with alternate Samsung Approved charger to exclude the possibility that current charger is not the root cause of failure.
If you still face the same issue then we would request you to share device log files using error report option via Samsung member application i.e. Samsung member app> feedback>question /error > attach log file.
Note: For better assistance, please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
