service center is refusing to repair my handset

My device s9 has been refused to be repaired by Samsung service center although the parts are genuine and I have repaired by the service center they my problem is that the back panel camera has dust in it and glue is flowing out of the power button and screen is not performing well it is flickering and having lines and some dead touch issues. After the restart the issues were sort out but it happens again and again . Service center is refusing to repair my hand set .

Why are they not accepting your S9?

Call Samsung Customer service at 1800-40-7267864 and tell them your issue. Note the service request number, if they give you one.

You can also e-mail Samsung CEO.

Ask them to give a written letter about the reason for not accepting your device and if they still don't note their branch address and number and shoot out a complaint letter to Samsung India via email or call on their number
