Galaxy SSelamünaleyküm,
Same happened to my phone without any impact from outside. Samsung AE, Qatar Mobile service center refused repair, despite design / quality / warranty problem.
Samsung has stolen from me 100 usd with its wilful refusal of taking responsibility of this product design derived quality failure
Please help inshallah

SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE DOES NOT CARE, DOES NOT ADMIT THIS IS QUALITY AND DESIGN PROBLEM WANTS 350 QAR FOR REPAIR.
