secure folder you uninstall and again install

get in touch with samsung support team over whatsapp. they reply immidiately. or call up customer care & ask them to fix it over smart tutor if you have it. plz download smart tutor first.

It will show a forget pin option when a wrong pin entered..

enter wrong password 2-3 times, then forget password option will appear, then reset your password
