secure folder is not working

Once I forgot the pattern of secure folder,I tried maximum attempts,after that Whenever I open secure folder it showing that ,settings app closed,.even I am not able to open it from settings options,I reset all the settings, still.same issue.

once clear data of it from app settings then try.....clear data can't delete files which are inside secure folder so try

then type wrong pattern...you can give a new one by using Samsung account ..by clicking forget pattern option

clear app data or
rest your phone.

I reset the settings only,any other options than resetting phone

clear cache partition in recovery mode.
