Your phone isn't water resistant anymore. And it would require a complete screen replacement if it has AMOLED. Depending upon your phone model it can cost you from 5k to 45k. It seems like s10 to me which costs around 35k for screen replacement
@doctorHimself is right ✅ I will cost you a lot and no water resistance It might be possible that when you replace the screen they might use adhesives to lock the screen on it's place but still you can't use it in water if you take your phone to the officials then they could repair your phone in a better way and they could also make your phone water resistant
