samsung should give one ui 2.1 for s9 and note 9

Samsung you should give one ui 2.1 update when you have promised to do so but now you backing off for no reason first you promise then back off what's the logice behind this give one Ui 2.1 for s9 and note 9 first promise then break it with no shame on your when dont want to provide then why did you promised then backing off
