When I bought the phone, I was said Il get one year coverage for the screen. Only I need to do was to login to the samsung members app. I did it, but when I see the screen coverage is only valid upto this june, its only a month Im using this phone. Does anyone know why?
Today I posted for the same issue, I am didn't get the free screen protection and logged in since 1 month. I trusted this offer and didn't buy any extra screen protection. Now no complimentary nor paid protection.
