samsung s9 plus Bluetooth connectivity and wifi range issue

After I reset network settings my bluetooth device is not connected anymore, I put my my bluetooth device in pairing mode but mobile showing bluetooth device not found. But my BT device works with others phone. 

 I clear catches.
Reboot the phone.
Also there is no any lock in the phone for bluetooth devices. 
Couldn't find any solutions.

I am suffering a lot buying samsung s9 plus. It's most worst phone ever I seen. Also this phone has very low wifi range comparing other brands.  Every time to get better wifi range I need to reset the network setting. Very annoying phone.
