Is it just me or anyone else facing the problem with the benefit tab displaying 'no content'? And samsung customer services are of no help either. How to redeem benefits if they are not appearing? How to get the free buds?

samsung is calling me almost every day regarding this issue. but every time they say plz be patient. we will resolve ur issue soon

i haven't received a call yet even after the complaint. i think it's better to visit their service center

nope. service center also suggest to call help line and wait. they said to me couple of days ago when i visit them.

hahaha. dont loose hope. 3 years ago shifted to apple's mobile phone because of poor built quality of samsungs flagship s8. but now i take risk to move back towards samsung. but i think apple has played a very well job to concur this battle. shameful behavior of samsung.
