Galaxy STry these steps it might help temporary fix
Wipe cache after (android 11)
Turn off your device-
Recovery mode me jaane ke 3 steps.
Choose any of these
Connect c type earphones or connect your device with laptop make sure your laptop is on .
Press and hold power button and volume up button .
When android logo appears release thes keys . Then tap on wipe cache partition and then tap on reboot system now.
BTW I can't believe SD people are also facing heating issues I have heard that SD 888 have some issues but not that SD 865 will also have this .

Galaxy SRegarding heating there is not much heating, u will feel little warm that is due to summers i guess.
