Now you too are complaining about heating? Exynos people want SD and SD people are complaining. Great!

Try these steps it might help temporary fix
Wipe cache after (android 11)
Turn off your device-
Recovery mode me jaane ke 3 steps.
Choose any of these
Connect c type earphones or connect your device with laptop make sure your laptop is on .
Press and hold power button and volume up button .
When android logo appears release thes keys . Then tap on wipe cache partition and then tap on reboot system now.
BTW I can't believe SD people are also facing heating issues I have heard that SD 888 have some issues but not that SD 865 will also have this .

If this information helped you tap on 3 dots to accept my solution

There might be prblm in your device or the settings during setup. See the screen shot i have attached, not facing any battery drainage issue in fact there is only 2% battery drain during night (12am-8am). I use on 120hz display always.

Regarding heating there is not much heating, u will feel little warm that is due to summers i guess.
