Hey everyone, 

Well its been almost 2 months for me using samsung s20 ultra (UAE version) and i am happy with most of the things that it offers but i am facingissues with few things like
- Poor Battery life - my usage is not so much and hardly gaming and no video or photo editing bcz of corona situation i am only using for my work (calls and emails) and getting hardly 5 to 6 hours battery life. Which is very poor as i saw on youtube people are playing games and getting 7 hours.
- Heating issue- even if i play game for 30 mins i am facing over heating issues.
- Camera - focus issues even after update. Much better from before.

Little disappointed as i am samsung person and using samsung for years now and spending 4500 for a premium phone which doesn't feel like premium to me right now.

I had same experiences like you in my S9 after last update , but i calibrate battery and reset some settings and mine is good no .
overheating is gone battery now is fine 👍.
I'm thinking to not update my phone anymore , everytime happens something!

experience same issues bro. 5 to 6 hours battery life. very poor performance. im a samsung user but my j7pro battery life is way better than this galaxy s20+ . i am not just little dissapointed . but i am very dissapointed with the poor performance of the battery at what concern me a lot is the temp of the phone. youre right . after shortwhile phone temp is heating up .

i am not sure but some reviews are good and some are bad but people are saying that Snapdragon chip is good and exynos chip is having issues.

so is thr a way that i can get Snapdragon instead of exynos chip. or am i stuck with this chip even tho i paid the same amount for s20 ultra

well i called and they said battery and heating issues is bcz of third party application.
i told them that i am only using the phone for whatsapp, calls and emails these days and really busy for using for anything else these days. and they said that is the only reason that ur using third party apps like whatsapp.

but i have been using that on note10 and many other samsung phones. this is not the first time and now using these same apps on 1400$ premium phone i having issues like over heating and less battery life.

i know battery life is subjective and on customer usage but my usage is basic and comparing with note 10 plus i am getting less battery life on s20 ultra.
sorry to say but the answer i got from customer care seems like a excuse that can be said to any customer and they will just let it go.

i guess people should discuss this issue more as sadly samsung is not even accepting the big difference between the two chips. Today i was using samsung dex and as it was connected to the laptop i didn't pick the phone for 30mins or so. after picking up i felt the crazy over heating issue.
in general my phone is is getting hot even if i am charging or typing a long email. Customer care sounds like recording as each of the customer service agent say the same thing (bcz of third party app)

SAMSUNG DO SOMETHING REAL QUICK. EITHER REPLACE THE PHONES WITH SNAPDRAGON OR JUST RECALL IT AND WAIT FOR NOTE 20

-CAMERA FOCUS IS STILL NIT FIXED. CLOSE UP IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TAKE ON S20 ULTRA
- OVER HEATING
- POOR BATTERY LIFE WITHOUT HEAVY USAGE
