Galaxy SRear cameras: Both the Galaxy S20 and the Galaxy S20+ support hybrid optical zoom of up to 3X and total zoom of 30X. The two phones also share the main cameras in the setup, which include a 12-megapixel ultra-wide, a 12-megapixel wide-angle lens and a 64-megapixel telephoto lens. However, on the S20+ there’s also a ToF camera.

Battery: The smallest battery pack is fitted on the Galaxy S20 which gets a 4000mAh unit with 25W charging support. The Galaxy S20+ gets a 4500mAh pack while the S20 Ultra gets a 5000mAh one, both with support for up to 45W fast charging.
Operating System: All three come with Android 10-based One UI 2 out-of-the-box.
