samsung s20 plus heating and pubg lagging.

so many issues with my new s20+. pubg is lagging. phone is heating extremely. problem with 120hz display. i have done factory reset and even got my software reinstalled in service center but the issue remains same.
 sign this petition so that Samsung should know their exynos trap is not going to work anymore more.

as it is exynos processor it will heat and lag but if you are playing at max graphic then it will heat more

yes that i know at max graphics pubg is unplayable in s20+ and this phone costs around 78k. how bad is that, a 40k phone will perform much better then s20, like oneplus 7t.

Exynos is the worst... I last used s7 edge... Which was the best phone that time.. And now i am using s20 plus which is even worse than s7 Edge.. Lag in pubg cod... And even i was playing ludo.. The phone **bleep** up there too... Samsung has just wasted my lot of money

yes buddy we all wasted our lots of money.. we all should take this to Twitter and let everyone know how bad is exynos 20+ is so that on one else falls into the samsung trap.

To resolve "Overheating" issue please follow the below given steps:

1)Close background running apps.
2)Uninstall the unnecessary apps.

To resolve "Lagging " issue kindly follow the below given steps:

 

1) Remove third party application: Settings > Apps > Select the third-party application from Apps Eg. DU Recorder > Uninstall.
2)Reset the device and before resetting the device make sure to create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Settings> General Management> Reset.

 

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

i have done all this and everything got my software replaced in service center but the issue remains same.. Infact the longer i use my device more new issues appears.
